Diving Phuket PADI courses Similan Liveaboards - Phuket Pro Dive

Booking with Phuket Pro Dive & Sail Co., Ltd.

Step 1: Fill in Booking Request form & submit...

To verify that there are places available for the dive trip/course/tour you are requesting. Please make sure to fill in all the information on the form which you can get click here. It is good idea to give us an alternate choice, such as different date to start and boat to take. You simply need to fill your choices into the additional info box. When we reply to you we will tell you what is available on your preferred date and also what is available on your alternate date.

Step 2:Our Booking Policy & How to Pay.....

(1)Booking Policy

A deposit of 50% is required to hold the place(s). Full payment is then due 45 days prior to the first day of your course and/or departure. For full boat(charter) bookings, full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received in this time period, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unsuccessful, we will then cancel and/or resell the places you've booked. (Certain liveaboards require full payment 60 days in advance. We will clarify this at the time of booking.)
We may suggest you to purchase some kind of travel/cancellation insurance as your payment is NOT refundable 45 days(some boats are 60 days) prior to starting date of the course and/or departure date of the trip.(Customers refund will be applied, Less Bank Refund Fees of about 5%-this depends on method of payment, if weather conditions and/or mechanical engine problem that do not permit the boat to departure and/or cancellation was made more than 60days of the first day of your course and/or departure.) We can not be responsible for your illness or work schedule change or missed flights.
We also can not be responsible for schedule changes due to weather and/or political policies for particularly liveaboard trips to Burma (Mergui Archipelago). For further information, please contact us.

2) On-Line Credit Card Payment:We only can take Visa and Master card that is issued to "Individual". For security reason, we can NOT accept any credit card that is issued to "Corporate/Business". (not American Express regardless).

Finally this method is available. Secured, easy & convenient, this service is provided by Kasikorn Bank (formally Thai Farmers Bank) on behalf of Phuket Pro Dive & Sail Co., Ltd. Due to the Thai banking and e-commerce system a 3.85 % service charge must be added to the total bill at the time of full settlement before all tours, trips or courses. 3) Non-Line Credit Card Payment:We only can take Visa/Master card(not American Express).

In order for us to take non-line credit cards, our bank, Kasikorn Bank requires that you fill out a credit card form, make a copy of both sides of the credit card you will be using, sign the form, and fax it to us with a photocopy of the information and photo page of your passport. The copy of your credit card and passport must be very clear. Please note that payment by credit card is in US Dollars or Thai Baht depending on the price list that we have on our web pages. The name of the merchant will be Phuket Pro Dive & Sail Co., Ltd.
If you can not print the form, please send us your fax number and we will fax one to you. Due to the Thai banking and e-commerce system a 3.85 % service charge must be added to the total bill at the time of full settlement before all tours, trips or courses.
Once received, we will send you confirmation by e-mail and if the booking is far enough in advance, we will mail you your credit card receipt. Otherwise you may pick that up upon your arrival.
Please note: Recently we have discovered that some credit card companies put a surcharge on credit cards used overseas. This seems to be particularly true with US credit cards. Please check with your credit card company before making payment this way, as we take no responsibility for extra charges incurred by the bank or credit card company.

Step 3:Extra Stuff.....

New Regulation is enforced to effect as of September 1st, 2006
There is a new regulation by Phuket Government that effect all customers who will be involved diving activities as of September 1st, 2006. As a part of this regulation, we require copy of passport with your photo & signature page and entry visa stamp page. Please bring those copies on your 1st day of course/trip. Thank you for your cooperation. (This regulation is currently pending.)
Burma Banks Liveaboards
The entry fees vary per boat so please contact us for final costs. The fee to enter Burma is paid directly to the Burmese Immigration officials, and payment must be in cash only, US currency. NO check's, credit cards or other forms of payment are accepted. New bills please!
Burmese immigration also requires that you have a copy of your passport and four passport-size photos for the visa.
Similan & Surin Islands National Parks Liveaboards
The fee to enter the Similan & Surin Islands National Parks is 400 Baht per person for entry, plus 200 Baht per day. So, for a four-day trip to one national park is 1,600 Baht. This is payable in Thai Baht on the boat to park officials and is an additional charge imposed by the Thai Government as of November 15, 2001.(Above new National Park fee will be effected as of Oct.2006)
Insurance for DCI and emergency evacuation
We highly suggest to purchase insurance for treatment that can be very expensive. You will find detailed info from DAN (Divers Alert Network). Please note some of liveaboards required you to have a diving insurance at time of booking.
Additional Trips, Tours and Hotel
We are more than happy to help you out with Guest House/Hotel/Bungalow recommendations and reservations. We also book a full variety of activities and adventure tours other than diving. Sea canoeing, ATV Eco tours, cross country Harley Davidson tours, golf, deep sea fishing, elephant trekking and adventure tours are just some of the additional activities we offer to assist you with planning your holiday.
If you would like to have airport transportation arranged by us, please let us know your flight number, arrival date, and arrival time. We will then have our staff waiting for you at the airport. Our staff will have a sign with your name on it and they will wait just outside the terminal entrance for you.
